Once you've confirmed your booking, simply let your venue know that you've booked The Sing Along Waiters®. We'll take care of the finer details with them as your event approaches.
We've worked with hundreds of venues over the years, so we're very experienced at coordinating everything discreetly and making sure the surprise stays a surprise!

Absolutely! We work closely with venues and event coordinators to make sure everything runs smoothly.

As your celebration approaches, we'll contact your venue directly to confirm performance timings, technical requirements, uniforms and any other important arrangements. We'll also provide our Public Liability Insurance documentation and coordinate the details discussed during your final planning call.

If you've booked one of our hosting experiences, we'll explain our role to the venue team, including the announcements, speeches, background music and other elements we'll be looking after throughout your event.

Having worked with venues across the UK for many years, we know how important clear communication is. Our aim is to make everything straightforward for the venue, stress-free for you and perfectly coordinated on the day.

Timing is everything when it comes to creating the perfect surprise!

For most events, we recommend starting our performance towards the end of the meal, ideally as dessert is being served or finished. By this point, guests are relaxed, the atmosphere is building and everyone's ready to enjoy something unexpected.

Of course, every celebration is different. We'll discuss the schedule during your planning call and work with your venue to choose the perfect moment for your performance.

For our hosting experiences, we'll also coordinate the key moments throughout your event to make sure everything flows naturally.

Where possible, we recommend having speeches before the meal, particularly for weddings.

This allows everyone giving a speech to relax and enjoy their food without worrying about what's coming later. It also means there's no interruption to the atmosphere once our performance begins.

However, we understand that every celebration has its own schedule and traditions. If you'd prefer speeches between courses or after the meal, we'll work with you and your venue to find the best arrangement.

The most important thing is creating a natural flow that allows everyone to enjoy the occasion.

With The Sing Along Waiters® and Sing Along Waiter + Host, what initially appears to be a traditional toast from the waiting staff soon takes an unexpected and hilarious turn. There's laughter, a little confusion and plenty of surprises before the entertainment really begins!

With Sing Along Hosts, there's no undercover element. Instead, we bring everyone together with a lively introduction before launching into our interactive live performance.

Whichever show you choose, we've carefully crafted the opening to capture everyone's attention, build excitement and create the perfect atmosphere for what comes next.

And don't worry, we won't spoil the surprise by telling you everything that happens!

Our signature daytime performance typically lasts around 30–60 minutes, packed with incredible music, laughter and plenty of audience participation.
We've carefully developed the show over years of performing to create the perfect balance of entertainment, interaction and energy, keeping your guests engaged from beginning to end.
If you've chosen one of our Ultimate or Platinum packages, we'll also return for a fantastic live evening party set, bringing another burst of energy to your celebration.

We love hearing about your musical tastes, favourite songs and just as importantly, anything you'd prefer us to avoid!

However, our shows aren't built around individual song requests. Every performance is carefully structured, with songs chosen to create the biggest reactions, encourage audience participation and build towards an unforgettable finale. Our signature opening song is also an integral part of the show and cannot be changed.

We're always happy to consider your preferences and if a particular song doesn't fit the performance, we can discuss other ways it might feature in your celebration.
